Field Visit: Merrivale prehistoric settlement, Dartmoor

with Henrietta Quinnell and Debbie Griffiths

This complex of monuments includes hut circles, stone rows, a small stone circle and a medieval apple-crusher stone, as well as a nearby reave.

Access: the site lies not very far from a road, so not too much walking to reach it, though there are features spread over a wide area.

Please don’t forget that it is essential that you contact Denise Allen before all trips to register interest or make a firm booking, as numbers need to be managed.  email: Denise Allen; or telephone: 07903 887525
